Streamline® returns, damaged goods and warranty claim procedures.

Streamline® Returns Policy
This policy explains how to return unwanted items, report damaged or missing goods, and raise warranty claims for Streamline® products.
Returning an Unwanted Item
If you wish to return an unwanted item, contact our Aftersales Team via the Contact Us page or email sales@streamline.systems with your order details. Once reviewed, the team will issue a returns number if approved.
Please note:
- No return will be processed without prior authorisation and a valid returns number.
- Returns sent without prior authorisation and a valid returns number will not be accepted.
- Returns numbers will begin with the prefix VCR.
Standard Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Complete with all components
- In resalable condition, with no writing, labels, or markings applied
Distributor purchases
If you purchased a Streamline® product through one of our distributors, returns must be arranged directly with the distributor.
Returns After 14 Days
At our discretion, we may accept unused items returned after 14 days, subject to:
- Prior approval from Streamline® before returning the goods
- A 20% restocking fee
- Deduction of all carriage costs from the refund
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, special-order, and oversized items (including van systems, trailer systems, tanks and customised items) may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact our Aftersales Team before arranging a return.
Damaged or Missing Items
Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries upon receipt.
If goods arrive damaged:
- Please sign for the delivery as damaged
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery via Contact Us or email sales@streamline.systems with photos and your order details
- Any missing items or shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt by contacting Aftersales with your delivery details
Delivery liability
Streamline® cannot accept liability for goods delivered to third-party addresses or items left in unsecured locations. Customers are responsible for ensuring deliveries are signed for and delivered to a secure location.
Faulty Items & Warranty Claims
To report a warranty claim, contact our Aftersales Team via Contact Us or email sales@streamline.systems with your purchase details and a description of the fault. All claims are reviewed before any return or replacement is authorised.
Please note:
- No warranty return will be processed without prior approval from Aftersales.
- Returns sent without prior approval and a valid returns number will not be accepted.
Warranty Period
Warranty coverage on brand new products applies for 1 year from the recorded date of purchase, unless discussed otherwise at the original point of sale.
Warranty coverage on a second hand/ex demo product or vehicle applies for 6 months from the recorded date of purchase, unless discussed otherwise at the original point of sale.
Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Where possible, please provide proof of purchase. Claims submitted without a receipt may take an additional 24 hours to process.
If your product was purchased through a Streamline® distributor, all warranty claims must be handled through the original distributor.
Warranty Coverage
If a defect is reported during the warranty period, Streamline® may, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective component, or
- Replace the defective component
Warranty replacement parts
Warranty replacement parts will only be supplied following inspection and approval by Streamline®.
If replacement parts are required before inspection:
- Parts will be invoiced at current prices
- Credit will only be issued once the returned part has been inspected and approved under warranty
Return costs and remaining cover
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning defective items to Streamline®.
Replacement parts supplied under warranty are covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper maintenance
- Frost damage
- Use of non-approved chemicals
- Incorrect installation or repairs
- Unauthorised modifications
- Incidental or consequential losses
- Service, labour, or third-party costs
- Return shipping costs for defective parts
Consumables excluded
The warranty also excludes routine maintenance and consumable items, including but not limited to resin, hoses, filters, O-rings, diaphragms, valves, gaskets and carbon brushes. This list is not exhaustive.
Limitation of Liability
The warranty cover is the sole and exclusive remedy available to purchasers of Streamline® products and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Any implied warranty shall not exceed the stated warranty period above. Streamline® accepts no further liability beyond the terms outlined in this policy.
Warranty rights are non-transferable and may not be assigned to any third party.
